School leaders bear the primary responsibility of ensuring the well-being of their staff and students and to ensure learners become well-rounded individuals during their schooling years. While this was challenging before the pandemic, the sheer weight placed on principals and educators increased ten-fold this year, as schools had to adapt to staggered learning and remote classes.
