COCT's Ombudsman accused of being ineffective in addressing complaints

The City of Cape Town’s Ombudsman has been accused of being ineffective in dealing with the many complaints that have landed on his desk. Many organisations have come forward stating that complaints lodged have fallen on deaf ears and are demanding an answer from the ombudsman.
