Covid 19 and the national lockdown has left many children feeling anxious and worried about what the future may hold especially for those who are currently sitting for their national senior certificate exams. Now It's normal for children to feel worried or anxious from time to time, such as when they're starting school, or moving to a new area, but what are the signs that we as parents should look out for to ensure that whatever they are feeling won’t result in them hurting themselves or others, especially after we heard the news of two teens who committed suicide last week in the Paarl area.
