The question on every South African’s lips is how Fugitives Sheperd Bushiri and his wife managed to escape the country in violation of their bail conditions. At this point, many theories have been thrown on the table and there hasn’t been a confirmation as yet. The South African government has denied rumours that he left the country with Malawian President, Lazarus Chakwera. The Bushiri’s escape brings to question the security and safety of our country and has us all questioning the effectiveness South African Law Enforcement Agencies.
