What is WCED doing to eradicate exclusionary school practices?

Following reports of alleged racism at a school in Brackenfell, the WCED has come forward opening speaking about their plan of action to eradicate exclusionary school practises. Now claims of racism follows a party that was allegedly organised by parents, that excluded students of colour. Is a plan of action enough to deal with discrimination or any form of victimisation.
