Woman nabbed for allegedly trying to defraud OR Tambo Municipality

The woman who charged the OR Tambo Municipality over R4 million for a door-to-door campaign is facing fraud charges. She was arrested on Thursday morning and appeared in court. Mthatha Spokesperson for the Director of Public Prosecutions Luxolo Tyali elaborates on the matter.
