A recent national survey has found that South Africa's stress levels have shot up by 56 % since the start of pandemic.
The results have been made public in October, which is recognised as Mental Health Awareness Month.
More than 1,200 South Africans adults were polled across the country to gain as insight into how South Africans have been impacted by the pandemic.
