The Makhuduthamaga Municipality here in the Limpopo province, says its shocked at the video circulating on social media and other platforms showing a municipal traffic officer assaulting a community member. The officer was said to be on duty when the incident took place. The officer has been issued with a letter of intention to suspend pending the finalisation of the investigation.
