13.08.2020 - Melene, how did you start the non-profit Women Lead Movement, and when did you know it was part of your calling to provide proactive solutions to inequalities, and human rights violations against women? As it’s women’s month – lets focus on the future of our women. The development of women, in particular we know that investing in to programmes that uplift women economically or even with skills, is a very good mandate for organisations and governments. However, it is often done without focusing on building in women’s self confidence which is key. Tell us more about developing and uplifting women through focusing on self-confidence.
