While property market has been hard hit by covid19, now is a good time to invest in property

The property market is one of the sectors that have been severely affected by the coronavirus pandemic. It was brought to a standstill during level 5 lockdown regulations, and under level 4 there was some reprieve as people were permitted to move houses. We speak to Harry Meyburg from Etchells & Young Property Brokers who says now is a good time to invest in property as those selling might be in a rush to dispose of their asses, and the interest rates are low. We also hear from tenants and estate agents who say the lockdown has affected them very badly as thy only earn as they get clients.
