The reason for my appeal is that I need R6 445-part payment for the doctor (Dr Milton Raff) to perform the procedure.

I really am asking for everyone help as soon as possible as I need the operation done before the 23th September 2019 or I will have no quality of life as I will be in 24hr pain and will be bedridden (paralyzed in both legs).
