Dr Vinothan Naidoo, a senior lecturer and the convener of the postgraduate programme in Public Policy and Administration at the University of Cape Town, joined VOC journalist Anees Teladia to unpack the state of public service in South Africa. Many questions regarding governmental corruption and service delivery were addressed. Most importantly, the key issues holding South African development back were highlighted before Dr Naidoo offered insight into solving these problems.
