World Mental Health Day is observed on 10 October every year, with the overall objective of raising awareness of mental health issues around the world and mobilising efforts in support of mental health. In an effort to support Lentegeur Hospital’s awareness initiatives, the facility has been fortunate enough to secure Dr Adé van Heerden, Miss South Africa 2017 runner-up and nominated 2017 Miss World representative, as a brand ambassador for the facility.
