For Black professionals, the code is a potential game-changer, opening doors to leadership roles and increased career development prospects. It also offers an opportunity for greater economic participation and wealth creation within the legal industry.
The new regulations have sparked controversy, with three prominent law firms joining a legal challenge that labels the code as irrational.
