Ep56 - The How, What and When of Supplements - with Dean Hall

Loading player...
Today I get to chat about supplements - the latest research in supplementing, new discoveries for joint and cartilage health as well as the importance of vitamin K2 and how creatine works, with none other than Dean Hall. Dean’s career as a Springbok Rugby player was cut short due to injury, and a series of medical treatments that unfortunately resulted in long term side effects which ended his career as an international rugby player.

After 10 years as a professional athlete Dean had to adjust to living a different life and finding his niche in the world again. His lessons as rugby player taught him that performance and recovery are as much an art as a science, creating the foundation that drives his passion to source and provide the best quality and clinically validated ingredients that truly make differences in people’s lives.
