Gauteng Department of Human Settlements and the University of Johannesburg's Faculty of Engineering and Built Environment have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Policy and Research matters.

The MoU aims to establish a cooperative framework for research on sustainable human settlements, facilitate future cooperative agreements, and outline collaboration in areas such as research, development, administrative initiatives, facility sharing, and resource sharing. The partnership will provide strategic interventions, support, and facilitate policy implementation in the Province and Local Government
