Part 1 - Sarah Prince in conversation with Nicolette Ripepi (Founder of Autism Connect NPO)

Nicolette is the Head of Operations for Autism Connect which has both an early learning centre and an adult centre.
She founded the NPO Autism Connect in 2013 when she could not find a suitable educational facility for her son Tyler who was diagnosed in 2007 (then 3 years old) with non-verbal autism level 3.
Nicolette’s story from giving up a well-paid corporate job to working full time in the non-profit organisation she founded is compelling and encouraging for every parent who is trying to find a way to support their autistic child.
She has faced personal challenges and overcome them each time. She completed a course in Public Administration through Regenesys Business school, obtained her Certified Cognitive Coaching certification and in November this year, Nicolette qualified as a certified Life Coach.
