Memorability the Brain Skills Podcast with Kirti Ranchod

I was 37, already a neurologist for many years, the day my beautiful grandmother forgot how to get home. A home where I spent my happiest childhood days.

I knew then that I had to do more to help her, now living with Alzheimer's disease, and more for the people I was seeing in my practice, in ways that academic neurology at that stage did not offer.

There was so much research on what could be done to keep the brain healthy and mentally well. So much research on how to support better brain function, to reduce the risk of illness such as Alzheimer's disease, depression and stroke, but also to get the brain to function better, to learn and to remember, to solve problems and make decisions, to imagine and create different possibilities.

The brain is incredibly powerful.

Welcome to Memorability the Brain Skills Podcast where I help you to unlock your brain's potential using practical neuroscience so that you can work through your challenges and make the most of your opportunities.
