Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula, the corruption-accused former Parliamentary Seaker, said her legal challenges with the State began when she convened an inquiry into the Phala Phala matter. “When I elected to convene a parliamentary inquiry into the Phala Phala matter, I made political enemies,” she said in a court affidavit.
