A video has surfaced online, with a bridge structure showing "concrete hinges" that look like cuts. There is speculation that criminal activity is involved, with some suspecting attempts to steal some materials that are inside the pillars of the bridge. The City of Tshwane has responded, saying the bridge was designed and built like that and have assessment photos dating back to 2004 showing that the "cuts" have been there. The team deliberated on this structure and asked listeners to share experiences with witnessing acts of vandalism.
