Commissioner Tshepo Madlingozi from the South African Human Rights Commission has told Nghamula Chauke that there was no evidence to support a link between former President Jacob Zuma's arrest to the July unrests. Madlingozi was communicating the findings of the July Unrests report which was released on recently. He has also indicated that there are recommendations that SAPS and other bodies to conduct further imvestigations beyond the scope of the Human Rights Commission's office.
