On Monday afternoon, Pierre Polievre’s motion to expand the carbon price pause was voted down. The temporary, three-year pause is in place for home heating oil for Atlantic provinces, but excludes other forms of home heating and other parts of the country. Dan McTeague, president of Canadians for Affordable Energy, joins Gormley to discuss the outcome of the vote.
