What Might Have Been: Springboks At The 2015 Rugby World Cup

The Springboks finished third at the 2015 Rugby World Cup but it was only after a shock opening match defeat to Japan. South Africa turned things around beautifully by slaying Samoa, seeing off Scotland and usurping the USA before edging Wales in the quarter-finals. The Boks would come undone in the semi-final against eventual champions New Zealand before beating Argentina in the bronze medal match. It was an eventful tournament and in this episode Peter provides an honest assessment on the leadup to the competition, the tournament itself as well as Coach Heyneke Meyer’s legacy.
