‘When Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he put on his outer garment, and plunged into the sea.’
Simon Peter was ready to give up everything to get to the Lord.
He left his boat and he left his friends to get to be with the Lord.
In life there are so many things that hold us back from pursuing God.
It’s time for some reckless abandon, as we follow HIM with all our hearts.
Prayer: Lord, I choose to put You first in my life. May the things of this world never have a greater hold on me than my desire for more of You. My heart says: ‘I will follow You first!’.
