My guest is one of the biggest names in world football. He has experience managing clubs such as Chelsea, West Ham United and Portsmouth. He enjoyed success in his homeland of Israel in the 1990s and early 2000s, winning four league titles with Maccabi Tel Aviv and Maccabi Haifa around the turn of the millennium. In 2002, he took over as Israel's manager and lost just six of 33 matches in charge of his country, including an unbeaten 2006 FIFA World Cup qualifying campaign. During his spell at Chelsea, he was named the Premier League Manager of the Month in April 2008. He also led the Blues to the UEFA Champions League final, where they lost on penalties to Manchester United, reached the League Cup final, and secured the runners-up spot in the Premier League. He also managed Serbian club Partizan Belgrade and the national team of Ghana, who he guided to the final of the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations. He is now in charge of the Zambian national team, help me to welcome Avram Grant.
