‘Awake, O sleeper, rise up from the dead, and Christ will give you light.’
Sometimes we have to take the initiative and make a move.
Life can drag us down and hold us in a place despair.
But the Lord encourages us to arise, wake up and step forward.
The promise is that as we do this, His light will come and flood our lives.
Let's Pray...
Lord, today I pray that nothing will hold me down or hold me back from pressing on towards what You have for me. I choose Your light over darkness, your life over death and Your victory over sin and discouragement.
Amen.
