Thabo Bester found in Tanzania, but how did he flee the country unnoticed?

Convicted murderer and serial rapist Thabo Bester, and accomplice dr Nandipha Magudumana, were arrested in Tanzania over the Easter weekend after fleeing the country. On Wednesday, security company G4S which operates the Mangaung Correctional Centre, where Bester faked his own death, had to account to Parliament on how he managed to escape. But how did Bester leave the country undetected?
