The City of Cape Town and the Cape Cultural Events and Carnival committee reached an agreement to postpone the annual minstrel carnival to a later date.
To tell us more we have the Cape Cultural and Heritage Manager at the Castle of Good Hope, Moeshfieka Botha and her husband, Nazeem Davids who is the Chairman of one of the Minstrel groups in studio to discuss some of the logistics involving this event and also to address some of controversial points surrounding the carnival
