Toast With Carrie - James Diack

We speak to James Diack – chef and owner of Coobs Restaurant in Parkhurst that is celebrating its 7th birthday this month. Most of us are familiar with this fabulous little local restaurant in the High Street of Parkhurst from whence James churns out delicious, organic, top drawer fare. All the veggies, meat and chicken are organically grown on his family farm just outside Johannesburg. Spoil yourselves and stop in to Coobs for a glass of wine from their superb wine list – and don’t forget – he makes the best fish and chips in town!
