The Special Olympics for Intellectually Impaired Athletes

The Special Olympics for Intellectually Impaired Athletes took place from the 17th to the 19th of November at the old Peter Mokaba Stadium in Polokwane. More than 600 athletes from 9 Provinces competed in 8 sport codes. Mr. Phillip Mphahlele, the Director of Special Olympics SA, talks to Rudolph about the event, the challenges facing these athletes and their coaches and their plans for the future
