CPR: All citizens can save a life

In 2018, the International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation launched the first global initiative on cardiac arrest with the slogan of “All citizens of the world can save a life”. Since then, the 16th of October is now the annual World Restart A Heart Day, to raise public awareness on cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Brandon Diergaardt, Head of Emergency Management Motor Vehicle Accident Fund, explains to In the Newsroom about CPR and how one can get training for it.
