The award nominated author of "Junx" has told Hot1027 news that his debut novel was inspired by his experience at the Oppikoppi Music Festival.

Tshidiso Moletsane's book is in the running for the Sunday Times Literary Awards, in partnership with Exclusive Books.

Set in Soweto and the Joburg CBD, the book delves into a night of partying with shots of sex, drugs and anxiety while tearing into life, death, race and politics.
