Agri-economist talks about restocking, making money off your land

The well-known agri-economist Dr Frikkie Mare, is currently visiting the south of Namibia and has found that while the savannas are lush, there is almost no livestock on these farms. He says that producers, after years of drought, simply don't have the money for full-restocking.
