NDF's HIV-test challenges explained

The NDF's new requirements for their intake have caused quite the ruckus with the minister, Frans Kapofi saying that the military is not an employment agency. Requirements for high marks in English, maths and science along with certain fitness requirements have sparked debate, as has the requirement of a Covid-vaccination and a negative HIV test.
