Residents of Okahandja have vented their anger and frustration at the lack of basic services in the town. Certain areas of the town have daily water interruptions, sometimes for hours, and their appears to be no respite. The town has for years been in the news for all the wrong reasons and while things looked up after the regional elections, things appear to have taken a turn for the worst. At the forefront of the battle for residents is the rate payer's association. In the Newsroom speaks to Charl Coetzee of ORPA about the specific challenges of water provision.
