Tsumeb challenges will be addressed

The Municipality of Tsumeb has recently appointed a new Chief Executive Officer, Victoria Kapenda. Kapenda took up the position just few weeks after the residents of Tsumeb held a peaceful demonstration in demand of better service delivery. Kapenda spoke to In the Newsroom about the challenges ahead that include debts and youth unemployment, amongst others.
