Dirk Heinrich is a well known Namibian photographer, but he also catches and rings birds all over Namibia to trace their whereabouts. This is very important for research on the movements and migration of birds. Recently the bird ringers gathered at a farm east of Rehoboth. Heinrich spoke to In The Newsroom.
