Social activist: Increase in grants for children with disabilities too fragmented

The veteran social and gender activist Rosa Namises speaks to In the Newsroom in reaction to the announcement by President Hage Geingob that grants for children with disabilities will increase from 250 dollars currently to 1 300 dollars in die next financial year. While the decision is welcomed, Namises says the approach is too fragmented to make a difference and, the president is not giving us the necessary information to inform us of the status quo.
