Hulisani Ravele: 'Self-love is my biggest armoury '

Maintaining relevance in the entertainment industry is not easy, but this year as Hulisani Ravele celebrates 25 years of her career in the limelight, she speaks about her recipe for success.
“It boils down to one thing and that's authenticity. When you are truly yourself from beginning to end it's very hard to get caught up in things that are not for you, things that don't have your name on them, and really having that deeper knowledge of self. It takes a lot of self-work to keep standing in this game.
“For me, it's taken therapy, it's taken really being grounded in my spirituality so that I am grounded in myself and I know what it is that I am going for,” she tells TshisaLIVE.
