Unfortunately, many of us have experienced loss, whether it be a loved one that has died, a divorce or even our jobs. We grieve and each person's grief is different. Bereavement is normal and again, differs from person to person. It's a normal thing to experience after a loss. Grief can be experienced as a physical, social, emotional or mental reaction. We can go through feelings of guilt, anger, sadness and more. In this episode we speak to Marisa Wolheim who guides us through some of these feelings.
