Are whistle blowers protected in Namibia?

Encouraging people to report wrongdoing and to protect them when they do, is essential for corruption prevention in both the public and private sectors. That's why the protection of whistle blowers plays a vital role. If our protection system is not trusted by our citizens that might need protection, it will make it difficult for them to come out and report corrupt activities.
