The buy now, pay later movement on etailers was born from the traditional lay-bye. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and co-founder of Spot Money, Andre Hugo, tells the OFM Business Hour that this is what inspired the partnership between themselves and Payflex. Hugo warns that that even though the buy now, pay later method is attractive, it’s important that consumers can afford the item that they want to purchase.
