
What is the best run walk strategy to finish Comrades in under 11 hours?

Hi Lindsey, I am aiming for a sub 11 hour Comrades Marathon and I wanted to ask you about walk breaks for a bronze medal runner on the down run. How would you advise we take the regular walk breaks?
Should we be doing it doing it by strictly time, for example walk 1 minute for every 30 minutes you run? If this is the case we may be walking down a hill and running an uphill and vice versa? Is that the correct way to go about it?
