Legal review on safety measures in workplaces#ProgressiveTalk

The Department of Employment and Labour recently released directions on occupational health and safety measures in certain workplaces. The directions apply to all employers that are permitted to continue or begin business operations under the current Disaster Management Act regulations. Nghamula Chauke spoke to Labour Law expert Osborne Molatudi of Molatudi Advisory Services about the directions.
