MONDAY, 15 Marc 2021, was the first day in office for new CAF president, Patrice Motsepe, to spearhead the troubled confederation to calmer waters. In his address to all the 52 CAF presidents that attended the meeting in Rabat, Morocco on Friday, Motsepe issued instructions to them in an authoritative way, something that was long coming.
