Mogoeng ordered to apologise over Israel remark

The Judicial Conduct Committee has ordered Chief Justice Mogoeng Mogoeng to retract and apologise for comments he made on the Israeli – Palestinian conflict.

Appearing on a webinar last year, Mogoeng voiced his support for Israel, which prompted pro- Palestine organisations to lodge a complaint against Mogoeng.
